Nurturing hope in the Butaleja District of Uganda by enabling people to overcome the hurdles that prevent them reaching their full potential
We do this by working with families at home and at school to build sustainable livelihoods and give their children the best opportunity of accessing a full education. We’re currently partnering with ten schools and their local communities across Butaleja District in Eastern Uganda.
-
Education
We help young people access education by running school farms that provide lunches for students, and teach girls to make re-usable sanitary towels so they can stay in school.

Livelihoods
We enable vulnerable women and young people to build sustainable livelihoods through business training, agricultural support, access to group savings and apprenticeship schemes.
